The Academy is responsible for creating and delivering these programmes.

Middlesex University, located in London, UK, is the programme validation partner of the Academy of Tax Law.
Middlesex University was granted full university status by Royal Charter. The Royal Charter is the legal document that establishes the university as a degree-granting institution with the power to award its own degrees and conduct research.
The charter sets out the powers and responsibilities of the university, including its governance, academic standards, and financial management. It also outlines the rights and obligations of the university’s staff and students.
As a fully chartered university, Middlesex University can confer degrees at all levels, from undergraduate to postgraduate and doctoral degrees, and has the power to award its own academic titles and distinctions.
Middlesex University currently has campuses in 3 countries (UK, UAE and Mauritius), with students from over 167 countries.
The Academy’s selected programmes went through the validation process with Middlesex University to achieve the relevant qualification status. Presently, the following programmes are validated with Middlesex University:
