The Academy is responsible for creating and delivering these programmes.

Middlesex University, located in London, UK, is the programme validation partner of the Academy of Tax Law.
Middlesex University was granted full university status by Royal Charter. The Royal Charter is the legal document that establishes the university as a degree-granting institution with the power to award its own degrees and conduct research.
The charter sets out the powers and responsibilities of the university, including its governance, academic standards, and financial management. It also outlines the rights and obligations of the university’s staff and students.
As a fully chartered university, Middlesex University can confer degrees at all levels, from undergraduate to postgraduate and doctoral degrees, and has the power to award its own academic titles and distinctions.

Although the processes for validating foreign qualifications in individual jurisdictions cannot be directly verified, Middlesex University, which is empowered through the Royal Charter to confer degrees at all levels, complies with the requirements for validating foreign qualifications in most jurisdictions to the best of our knowledge.
