Middlesex University was granted full university status by Royal Charter. The Royal Charter is the legal document that establishes the university as a degree-awarding institution, granting it the authority to confer its own degrees and conduct research.

The Charter outlines the powers and responsibilities of the university, including governance, academic standards, and financial management. It also specifies the rights and obligations of the university’s staff and students.

As a fully chartered institution, Middlesex University has the authority to award degrees at all levels—from undergraduate to postgraduate and doctoral levels—and confer its own academic titles and distinctions.

Middlesex University currently has campuses in three countries (the UK, UAE, and Mauritius) and hosts students from over 167 nations.

The Academy’s selected programmes have undergone the validation process with Middlesex University to achieve the relevant qualification status. The following programmes are currently validated by Middlesex University:

    1. Postgraduate Certificate in Transfer Pricing
    2. Postgraduate Diploma in Transfer Pricing
  2. MSc (Masters) in International Taxation, with exit points at:
    1. Postgraduate Certificate in International Taxation
    2. Postgraduate Diploma in International Taxation
  3. MSc (Masters) in South African Tax Law, with exit points at:
    1. Postgraduate Certificate in South African Tax Law
    2. Postgraduate Diploma in South African Tax Law

These qualifications are awarded directly by Middlesex University.
